Recipe:
Step1: Pour the cold water (1,500 ml) into a saucepan.
Step2: Add a bag of Agar Powder (10g) and stir it until dissolving.
Step3: Heat it up about 3 to 5 mins until it’s completely boiling and dissolving. Add Sugar (300g). We’ll recommend you to add milk, coffee, or juice to make its taste better.
Step4: Pour the mixture into molds. Cool to room temperature for 3 hours and place in a refrigerator.
Step5: Enjoy your fresh delicious Agar.
(You can adjust your Agar soft or hard by adding or reducing water capacity.)
