Recipe 1: Agar Jelly:
Step1: Pour the cold water (4800 ml -5400 ml) into a saucepan.
Step2: Add a bag of Agar Powder (37.5g) in and stir it until dissolve.
Step3: Heat it up about 5 to 10 mins until it’s boiling and turn off the stove and remove the bubble on the top.
Step4: Pour the mixture into molds. Cool to room temperature for 3 hours and place in a refrigerator.
Step5: Enjoy your fresh delicious Agar jelly.
(You can adjust your Agar soft or hard by adding or reducing water capacity.)
Recipe 2: Agar Jelly with mung bean Jelly or almond Jelly
Step1: Pour the cold water (7,200 ml -7,800 ml) into a saucepan.
Step2: Add a bag of Agar Powder (37.5g) and mung bean jam or almond powder, and then stir it until dissolve.
Step3: Heat it up about 5 to 10 mins until it’s boiling and turn off the stove and remove the bubble on the top.
Step4: Pour the mixture into molds. Cool to room temperature for 3 hours and place in a refrigerator.
Step5: Enjoy your fresh delicious mung bean jelly or almond jelly.

Recipe 3: Agar Jelly with Tofu pudding
Step1: Pour the cold water (12,000 ml -13,200 ml) into a saucepan.
Step2: Add a bag of Agar Powder (37.5g) and soybean milk, and then stir it until dissolve.
Step3: Heat it up about 5 to 10 mins until it’s boiling and turn off the stove and remove the bobble on the top.
Step4: Pour the mixture into molds. Cool to room temperature for 3 hours and place in a refrigerator.
Step5: Enjoy your fresh delicious Tofu pudding.

Mix 1,000 ml cold water with Agar Powder (6-7g).
