Creme Brulee :
Step1: Pour 400 ml milk and 400 ml whipped cream into a saucepan and heat it until boiling.
Step2: Turn the heat down a medium-high heat and add Creme Brulee Powder (100g) in.
Step3: Stir it until dissolving and turn up the heat until boiling again.
Step4: Turn off the stove and then pour into the mold.
Step5: Cool in the room temperature condition, and sprinkle the top of each serving with a thin, even layer of sugar.
Step6: Use a propane kitchen torch, heat the sugar with the flame until it begins to brown.
Step7: Enjoy your fresh delicious Crème Brûlée.
Recipe French Pudding:
Step1: Pour 800 ml milk into a saucepan and heat it until boiling.
Step2: Turn the heat down a low heat and add Crème Brûlée Powder (100g).
Step3: Stir it until dissolving and turn up the heat until boiling again.
Step4: Turn off the stove and then pour the mixture into the mold.
Step5: Pour the mixture into molds. Cool to room temperature for 3 hours and place in a refrigerator.
Step6: You can sprinkle some flavor syrup to make it taste much better.
Step7: Enjoy your fresh delicious French Pudding.
