Milk pudding:
Step1. Pour and dissolve the gelatin in 20ml cold water.
Step2. Put milk, cream, vanilla powder and granulated sugar in a pot, heat, stir and mix them well.
Step3. Turn off the fire, and then add the ingredient of step 1 into the pot. Use the filter to percolate 
            the foam and pour it into a container.
Step4. Dip the container into cold water, wait until it cools and then put it in the refrigerator.

Yogurt flan:
Step1. Pour and dissolve the gelatin in 20 ml cold water
Step2. Put milk and granulated sugar in the pot, heat, stir and mix them well.
Step3. Turn off the fire; add the ingredient of step 1 into the pot.
Step4. Add the yogurt liquid into the pot and stir it again; use the filter to filtrate the foam
             and then pour the liquid into a container.
Step5. Dip the container into cold water, wait until it cools and then place it in the refrigerator.
